Blood Monkey Irish Gin Spice Storm
A splendid sipping gin from the folks at Blood Monkey over in Ireland! Taking inspiration from a 17th Century Genever recipe, the gin is infused with a zesty balance of orange and cardamom, imparting a splendid depth of aromatic spice. Great stuff simply served neat in a chilled glass, but should also do rather nicely with ginger ale, we reckon.

Warming wafts of malt with bittersweet, tangy orange. A bold core of peppery juniper, rich cardamom, subtle drying herbs finished up with more citrussy zest and a prickle of pepper.
