Blackwater Distillery has taken strawberries grown in County Wexford and used them as one of the thirteen botanicals that make up this delightful strawberry gin. There's no added sugar or sweetener here, and the strawberries are distilled alongside the other botanicals, and then more strawberries are infused after distillation. The result is a gin with the unmistakeably sweet and jammy taste of strawberries, but perfectly in balance with the other botanicals.
