Hill Billy Red Gin (No Box / Torn Label)

This bottle might be missing a box or have a torn label, but the liquid inside is all good.

Hill Billy Red is a flavoured gin that was handmade and triple distilled in Herefordshire, England. It features a blend of botanicals sourced from the Black Mountains (a group of hills spread across parts southeast Wales and England), including English elderflowers, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries. These are distilled with juniper, Gwatkin Herefordshire apples, liquorice, angelica and cardamom. It's beautiful over ice with a good elderflower tonic.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Tart and darkly sweet berry notes emerge through floral juniper and angelica and a tang of citrus. Liquorice is present in the backdrop.
