Spirit of George Gin Bottling Note
Spirit of George Gin was created in Cheshire by the Big Hill distillery, featuring a touch of Himalayan tea as its star botanical. The name was inspired by George Mallory, who was a mountaineer that part in the first three British expeditions to Mount Everest. When asked why he wanted to climb Mount Everest, he was famously quoted as saying "Because it's there." Pretty good answer, if you ask us.

A dab behind the ears is good
I bought a bottle of this exquisite liquid from one of the makers at The Smokehouse Mobberly... So glad I did, I’m enjoying experimenting, but neat over ice with a twist of orange works for me.
