For Lime Leaf Gin, the folks over at Batch Spirits drew inspiration from Thai cuisine. The star botanicals are lime leaf, of course, alongside galangal and jasmine. The result is a vibrant and citrus-forward gin, that unsurprisingly also goes exceptionally well with Thai dishes. Should you have a few hibiscus petals to hand, they would make an idea garnish for this G&T.
An almost syrupy quality, though lime citrus and sherbet notes keep it from being overly sweet, with ginger spice, floral notes and white pepper on the finish.
