Ballykeefe Distillery
The Ballykeefe folks over in Ireland have created an extra dry gin! It contains 12 botanicals including juniper, cubeb peppers, elderflower, pink grapefruit and cassia are gently vapour infused through a copper pot still before being blended using Ballykeefe water. Garnish with a slice of lime, ginger and a good splash of tonic.
Bright juniper and citrus fight for centre stage, followed by warming baking spices and a Christmassy note, with a very dry finish (no surprise there).

Great gin! Haven’t really tried many dry gins before but love this one. Probably top of our favourites list
I love the taste of this gin, to me it tastes as if it already has a hint of Angostura bitters in it.

This is the best gin I have ever had.....prizing the bottle I brought back from Ireland because I can’t find a way to replace it in the US without going back to Ireland....it’s almost worth it
