Baccae No.1 Gin 70cl

A fab French gin here from Baccae in Paris, this expression is made from a base of French wheat distillate infused with an array of botanicals through long maceration as well as rotary evaporation. Botanicals include coriander, lemon, grapefruit, verbana and eucalyptus imparting a crisp, green and zesty character. A great partner for tonic or lemonade, this will do well in classic cocktails too.
