A Pink Pepper Gin from French producers Audemus, situated in the heart of Cognac. Made with hand-picked pink peppercorns and a handful of other tasty botanicals (including honey, vanilla and cardamom - all of which are macerated separately then distilled under low pressure and temperature). You'll find a good juxtaposition between sweet and spicy notes in this one...
Plenty of peppery aromas waft up, spicy but sweet at the same time. These touches are well balanced with cinnamon and clean, herbal notes.
An initial rush of pink peppercorn, followed by pine-y juniper and honey. Altogether quite a warming gin.
Spicy pepper lasts.

If there was ever a "gin" that isn't a gin this is it. No real taste of Juniper at all, this is flavoured Vodka
Still my go-to gin after trying well over a hundred different types, silky smooth with intricate flavours constantly changing with a gorgeous finish. Lovely on it's own over ice and my fave in a G&T.
Really sweet, we don't really taste juniper but a lot of 'vanilla' and sweet spices... I suppose it is just not my type of gin and others may enjoy it, but it may be one of my worst gin ever tasted... Try it before you buy it !
A really nice gin that is super sweet - it has honey in it! I use it with a hint of dry vermouth for a martini and it makes a killer negroni with campari. It takes these cocktails to a different level.
Very tasty and convincing
