
Rhubarb continues to be a favourite flavour of ginmakers, and we keep lapping up the results - because they're frequently awesome! This particular expression comes from Cheshire-based Arrowsmiths, made to a family recipe that dates all the way back to 1923, proving once again that trends are cyclical (expect the penny-farthing to come back into fashion at minute now). It's produced using English ruby rhubarb and infused with hand-pressed elderflower, helping to balance any possible rhubarb-y tartness.
