Arctic Blue Gin
Arctic Blue Gin comes to us all the way from Finland, and it shows off a particular ingredient brilliantly – blueberries! It features blueberries harvested from the forests of North-Karelia, and having not been chill-filtered, it manages to preserve the oils of those little berries, making for an impressive spirit indeed. Serve with tonic and a few blueberries as a garnish.

Piney juniper leads the way, with a smidge of coriander, shortly joined by crisp flavours of blueberry without becoming overly sweet.
