Applewood Gin comes to us from Australia, showcasing some unusual native flavours like desert lime, wattleseed, and peppermint gum leaf among its 20 botanicals – all sustainably farmed, mind. It'll be great in a Gimlet, though tonic water and a sprig of thyme will do very well, too!
Fresh and herby, with juniper and lemon balm leading into eucalyptus, fresh mint, and lime peel. A touch nutty, too.
