The Red edition of Amuerte Coca Leaf Gin has been treated to the addition of pineberries among its list of exotic botanicals, which also includes coca leaf from Peru, tamarillo, papaya, Szechuan pepper, and dragon fruit. Though pineberries look like white strawberries, they in fact have a flavour closer to pineapple. Allow the fruity character to shine mixed with tonic, and garnished with a slice of pineapple.
