Here we have a Japanese inspired gin produced in Barcelona and made with rice based spirit, from the same folks who brought you Akori Premium Gin. The key botanical is cherry blossom (hence the name), the symbolic Japanese flower.
Citrus and ginger notes alongside floral tones of cherry blossom.
This stuff is delicious - especially with Fentimans Yuzu tonic. Has a lovely hint of flora cherry / Almond
