
A deliciously savoury creation from Aegean Eye, this Olive Gin is produced using olives grown in the Adatepe region between Greece and Turkey. The olives are hand-picked just before they are fully ripened, and then crushed in a granite stone mills within 12 hours. Give this one a go in a Martini with a sprig of rosemary to garnish.
