This cracking gin from Adnams is distilled in a beer stripping column before being put through a handmade copper pot still. It is then purified in a rectifier, resulting in a very creamy and rich spirit, although at this point it isn’t yet technically a gin! To complete the final stage, it is then infused with six botanicals including juniper, cardamom pod, sweet orange and hibiscus flowers. Adnams Copper House Gin is perfect for a Dirty Martini.
Sweet, floral nose with hints of barley, juniper berry and citrus.
Zesty, sweet palate with barley, vanilla, hints of cardamom and fresh flowers.
Soft, floral finish.

Very delicious birthday gift from my non drinking friend. She chose well because it was Utterly beautiful. All of my family enjoyed this gin, very crisp and citrusy. Wonderful with a high end tonic water and a slice of lime.
Grim.
I've just started a gin exploration (I'm usually a vodka guy) and this is my second one and if I find they are all like this I'll be happy. Nice and dry and citrusy, great neat or with a good tonic, and a frozen lime slice
Absolutely distinctive, absolutely beautiful...found it at the weekend and went through the bottle at the expense of all my other gins...a great gin with a continuing after taste that is enjoyable
Outstanding, and truly superb in a martini: dry or wet, the velvety vanilla notes of this terrific gin shine through. Balance is perfect, with no hint of being a novelty concoction, unlike some craft gins on the market. Too good for a G&T? Perhaps, perhaps not...
