Thirlings Dry Gin
Produced in Northumbria, Thirlings is a gin that embraces its local countryside with a rich array of botanicals. Heather and pine from the Cheviot hills are supported by hedgerow dill and elderberry, alongside coastal Irish moss and sea buckthorn. With balanced notes of piney juniper and delicate florals, backed by softly herbaceous notes beneath, it'll work well in a G&T, or stirred into a Martini.
