A berry-focused expression from the 58 and Co Gin folks. Of course, it's made with juniper berries (because, y'know, it's a gin), but there are also sloe berries in here. Unlike a lot of other gins, the sloe berries have been distilled rather than simply macerated in the spirit, resulting in a clear spirit that still boasts the brilliance of the berry's flavour profile.
Jammy sloe berry with a hint of brown sugar, followed by fresh juniper and lemon peel. Slowly building white pepper spiciness, but never overtakes the clean sloe sweetness.

Discovered this at one of their gin school's last year. Its so delicious - not sweet but crisp and flavourful. Amazing just over ice!
