The original Burleighs London Dry Gin was inspired by master distiller Jamie Baxter coming across silver birch, iris, dandelion, burdock and elderberry on a walk though the Burleigh Wood nature reserve.

Nose
Light, airy citrus notes waft in with eucalyptus and juniper in tow.
Palate
Juniper springs forward, earthy and bright. Spicier notes develop, as does more citrus.
Finish
Floral and refreshing on the finish, with a hint of drying pepper.
