How long are the Gift Vouchers valid for?
The best thing about our Gift Vouchers? They never expire! And on top of that they earn interest every year, so you can keep it for as long as you like – though the temptation of all the delicious bottles on our website means that they usually don’t hang around for too long.
How do I redeem a Gift Voucher?
When you’ve finished shopping, head to the checkout and hit the Gift Voucher option. Add your unique code, and the value of your Gift Voucher will be deducted from your basket total.
How do I check my Gift Voucher balance?
Make sure you have your unique Gift Voucher code to hand, and simply enter it above in the section titled ‘Already got a Gift Voucher?’. They accrue interest every year, so if you haven’t checked it for a while you’ll be pleasantly surprised!
Are there any limitations on what I can buy with a Gift Voucher?
You can use a Gift Voucher on any of the products on the Master of Malt website – but please note this is for consumer use only, and they cannot be used on Master of Malt Trade.
I have a big team and I want to send them all a Gift Voucher – what should I do?
We know that there are a few customers out there that like to send their teams or different family members a gift voucher to say thanks. For eGift Vouchers, after you've added one voucher to your basket, the form only resets the recipient field, so you can easily create the next one if your message or amount is the same. For physical Gift Vouchers, just click the yellow Add to Basket button again.
