It's a custom blend from a host of top American distillers, focusing on a high wheat content, and with no component being under five years old. Just the thing for a Father's Day Old Fashioned.

Tasting notes

Pancakes with maple syrup, buttered popcorn and mellow oak char on the nose lead to a palate brimming with soft, buttery caramel, vanilla, milk chocolate, and juicy stone fruits, grounded by balanced, earthy spice in the depths.

Our very own 2025 Father's Day Reserve, and it's a belter of a single malt from Caol Ila. Distilled in December 2008, the whisky spent 16 years maturing in an oloroso sherry hogshead before we earmarked it for this special Father of Malt edition, releasing a total of 491 bottles. That's 491 very happy Dads. If it gets to them before everyone else, that is... It's one supremely gluggable dram.

Tasting notes

Salted peanuts, rich peat smoke, hibiscus on the nose, with creamy porridge and vanilla in tow. The palate unveils generous waves of smoke and cured meat, backed by rooibos red fruit sweetness, Kola Cubes, grilled peach, and a touch of candied ginger heat.
