RinQuinQuin à la Pêche
Made using three different types of peach and the leaves from peach trees, all macerated separately in alcohol and white wine. Afterwards, the liquid is added to the white wine, while the remaining solids are distilled and added to the mix.
Tasting Notes
Powerful, sweet, and fruity, with heaps of rich, intense peach character, a touch of citrus, and boiled fruit sweeties.

Method
1 Fill a glass with ice and add RinQuinQuin à la Pêche.
2. Top with soda water and sparkling wine and serve with a slice of peach.
