Reisetbauer Karotte 35cl

An intriguing eau de vie from Austria's Reisetbauer, made with... Carrots! It takes 35 kilograms of carrots to make one litre of this spirit, and the carrots are given a double distillation to achieve the crisp, subtly sweet yet still vegetal flavour profile.
