Marc is the French equivalent to grappa so it's distilled from grapes skins and stals etc, the leftovers from wine making. This is made from chardonnay grapes and aged in oak to produce a rich digestif style spirit. It might also be fun to experiment with this in cocktails.
Ripe peach and pineapple fruit with fiery peppery notes followed by layers of creamy oak, vanilla and dark chocolate.
