White Heather whisky gets its luck from a Scottish legend. The whiskies age in American and Spanish casks. They are then blended and matured again in special casks at GlenAllachie Distillery. This process adds to the whisky's depth.

The blend's success depends on the aged whiskies and casks used. It has a high malt content. Each whisky brings something special. GlenAllachie adds fruity flavours, Islay malt has peat smoke, and Highland malt has a honey sweetness. Older grain whiskies make it more complex.
