The Sexton Whiskey

The Sexton Single Malt Irish Whiskey, crafted by Alex Thomas, is a fine example of Irish whiskey-making. Made from Irish malted barley, it undergoes triple distillation in copper pot stills. This process gives it smoothness and purity. Then, it ages in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. These casks give the whiskey a rich, fruity taste.
