The Norfolk Spirit Company

The Norfolk Spirit Company, based in Norfolk, England, shows how one sip of good rum can change everything. It started in 2017 when the founder, who didn't like rum, tried an exceptional one. This changed his view and led to a new English rum brand.

He noticed most rums in England were imported and flavoured locally. He wanted to make a true English rum, different in quality and origin. In May 2020, when the aviation industry slowed down, he, his partner Helen, mother-in-law Theresa, and their family, started making a unique rum.

Their rum is made in the UK. They use traditional methods and triple-distil in small copper alembics. They focus on quality. Their process makes a strong, smooth rum. It's warm without being harsh. This smoothness appeals to those who usually avoid rum.

They use 100% pure molasses. This gives a full taste. They also carefully pick botanicals. These add a special Norfolk flavour.

One of their products is the Norfolk Navy Strength Rum. It's smooth and strong, like traditional Navy rums. They also make liqueurs. Their Coconut Liqueur mixes premium white rum with coconut and pineapple. It's a tropical treat.

They also make a Cherry & Chocolate Liqueur. It has morello cherries and chocolate. This mix is sweet, tart, and rich. It creates a unique and delightful liqueur.
