From the Scottish town of Cromarty comes The Geologist Gin, inspired by the geologist Hugh Miller who lived in said town back in the 1800s. The gin itself features a host of botanicals, including the likes of vanilla, cocoa bean, grains of paradise, orris root, and juniper, making for a surprising and flavoursome spirit. Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Drying hints of cacao and juniper imparting an intriguing richness, carried on by vanilla and a smidge of floral breeze. A subtly spicy, herbaceous flutter appears late on the palate.
