Skin Gin

Skin Gin was founded in Germany in 2014 by Martin Jensen with one aim: to be different in both flavour and appearance to all other gins. The brand is designed to get ‘under your skin’ as it were, with unique aromas, flavours, aesthetics and even the texture of the bottles. Every botanical is hand-picked and then distilled on a base of wheat alcohol, and is always bottled at 42% ABV. Botanicals are separately distilled in two different styles of Arnold Holstein stills, and are then carefully blended. After 21 different recipes and samples, the gin was perfected. Though each bottle has a different skin, the liquid inside remains the same - just like humans, Jensen believes, that “in our hearts, we are all the same”. A gin that you can drink alongside some philosophical food for thought!
