Red Bank

Red Bank Whisky is a Canadian brand co-founded by Kiefer Sutherland, best known for playing Jack Bauer on Fox TV series 24 and for starring in films like The Lost Boys and Stand By Me. He collaborated on the project with friend Gary Briggs, ex-Diageo director Shawn Hiscott and entrepreneur Rob Steele. It was launched in Canada in 2022 before expanding to the UK in 2024.
The whisky was blended by master blender Michel Marcil and sits at 40% ABV. It contains a mix of rye, corn and wheat whiskies. The profile was inspired by Sutherland’s love of Scotch whisky, particularly great blends. Future variants of Red Bank Whisky are coming, with details and recipes yet to be confirmed, although we do know there’s a brand called Sailor’s Reserve is on the cards, sticking with Red Bank’s nautical theme.
