Pipehouse Gin

Pipehouse Gin, made in Kent near the Tunbridge Wells Pipe House, blends tradition and innovation in gin making. The team, Ben and Katie Larcombe & Sam and Emma Priestley, use their diverse skills to create unique gins. They mix traditional gin-making with new ideas.

Their first gin, Earl Grey & Cucumber, shows this mix. It's based on 'perfect pairings' - contrasting but complementary elements. Earl Grey and cucumber make for an unusual but harmonious mix. The aim was to make a flavoured gin that's tasty but not too sweet. They infused the gin with fine botanicals to create subtle, memorable flavours.

The Earl Grey & Cucumber Gin has a blend of botanical aromas. It has juniper and angelica, followed by fresh cucumber. On tasting, the Earl Grey tea is crisp, like sorbet. The finish is long and leaves a lasting impression.

Another key gin is their Pink Grapefruit & Thyme Gin. It has a fresh citrus smell with warm juniper notes. The taste is a mix of botanicals. The sharp pink grapefruit is enhanced by thyme. The finish is long and bittersweet. This pink gin has no added sugar.

Pipehouse Gin is close to the original Tunbridge Wells Pipe House. It shows the team's dedication to making modern classics. Each gin has two distinct flavours with a traditional juniper base. They don't need sweetening. Their gin-making respects tradition but also includes modern flavour pairings.
