Opera Gin 70cl

Created by Hungary's very first micro gin distillery, Opera Gin it composed of Hungarian corn spirit and a carefully selected collection of botaincals. This includes juniper (also from Hungary - it's handpicked in Kiskunság National Park!), coriander, orris, angelica, liquorice, citronella grass, lavender, aniseed, cubeb and poppy seed. If you're familiar with Hungarian cuisine, you'll be very familiar with poppy seed indeed. Terrific stuff for a Martini, and a fab G&T (garnish with some lemongrass if you have it handy).
