From Craig, Tina, and Martin Mathieson comes Mercian Drinks, a spirits brand that has made gins and an exceptional spiced rum. Local, hand-picked botanicals distilled on 200-litre traditional copper stills and then filled into hand-labelled bottles demonstrate the craft nature of the enterprise. There’s a classic London Dry Gin, as well as flavoured editions like the tantalising Zesty Orange, or the bright Raspberry Bramble Gin, as well as a rich and rewarding Spiced Rum.
