FPS Spirits Sotol

Nocheluna Sotol is changing how people see Mexican spirits in Europe. It comes from Chihuahua, Mexico, and is made from the Sotol plant. This spirit reveals the hidden gems of the Mexican desert. The project is a partnership between Casa Lumbre, Pernod Ricard, and Lenny Kravitz, a famous musician, actor, and designer.

European Launch

After launches in Mexico City and New York in 2022, Nocheluna Sotol arrived in Paris. This move introduces the unique Mexican spirit to more enthusiasts. They are keen to learn about Mexico's lesser-known areas. The spirit comes from the strong sotol plant, native to Chihuahua. It represents North Mexican heritage and the area's natural features.

The Team Behind It

Casa Lumbre, a Mexican spirits group, leads this initiative. They are known for innovative, premium spirits. They work with Master Distiller Don “Lalo” Eduardo Arrieta and Ricardo Pico, a Sotol advocate. Nocheluna Sotol tells the story of a little-known but important Mexican spirit.

Unique Environment

The Chihuahuan desert's tough conditions shape Nocheluna Sotol's taste. The sotol plant grows on hot, dry days and cool nights. This contributes to the spirit's flavour. It has a mix of wild herbs, dried stone fruit, caramel, honey, minerality, and oak firewood. This blend comes from the desert terroir and the team's expertise. It offers a layered and unique taste experience.
