When two long-established Cornish companies come together to create a gin, you know the results are going to be rad. Fowey River Gin is a collaborative expression made by Cornwall's oldest cider maker, Haye Farm, and Cornwall's oldest potato grower, Colwith Farm. It starts out with a base of sugar beet spirit, which is blended a cider distillate and infused with a selection of botanicals, resulting in a crisp gin suitable for cocktails and mixed drinks.
