Taking inspiration from the Scottish coast (specifically the East Lothian coastline) Fidra Gin features a selection of locally-foraged botanicals that evoke the feelings of being beside the sea. It contains sea buckthorn, rosehip, lemon thyme, elderflower, and more, offering up complex, savoury, subtly salty elements that ought to be great for making some delicious cocktails. It's a bit like visiting the coast without rolling the dice on whether the weather will be pleasant or ridiculously windy with a smattering of hailstones. Ideal.
