They're Cut From A Different Tartan.
Brodie's Vision
Founder Brodie Hepburn was a true pioneer, who took a risk because he saw potential. Not your average distillery, he found a battered old cotton mill and transformed it into a place perfect for whisky maturation. He also saw potential in the river Teith, with water soft enough for whisky, and the strength to power a community.
The Deanston Way
Deanston uses hands-on methods and fermentation that takes longer than the norm. This transforms the whisky into the waxy, soft, smooth single malt that they’re famous for.
Before hitting the stills, their crystal-clear wort is created in one of Scotland's only open-top mash tuns, which helps create the signature character.
