Castle Gin is inspired by the Staffordshire moors, with many of the botanicals used found in the surrounding areas (as well as directly in the distiller's garden!). The bottle design takes inspiration from the local area too, with Mow Cop Castle featuring on the label.
Creamy and sweet with citrus and vanilla, followed by a subtly savoury hint of lemongrass and basil.
Fab gin and the bottle is porcelain, so now I’m deciding how to upcycle it!
