Cashcane Rum, founded in 2016, quickly became known for its appeal to whiskey and bourbon lovers. It uses high-quality sugarcane and follows a special production process. The goal is to make a rum that suits both traditional and modern tastes.

The Extra Old Rum is a prime example. It mixes rum traditions from Panama, Barbados, and Trinidad, chosen for their sugarcane and climate. This blend creates a rum that celebrates different rum-making methods.

The distillation uses a two-still process, with both a column and a copper pot still. This keeps the deep flavours from the fermented sugarcane. The rum then ages for 6-8 years in bourbon barrels, gaining extra flavour.
