Brilliant Gin

Graham and Gail Woolston, a couple with a passion for gin, turned their quest for the perfect gin into a passion project. Disappointed by gins that lost flavour when mixed, they aimed to create a gin that maintained its bold taste, even when mixed.

Their goal was to make a gin that combined the classic elegance of a London Dry Gin with standout flavours. They wanted their gin to be a favourite, not just an occasional choice, and to showcase its botanicals in every sip. They named it Brilliant Gin.

Focusing on what's inside the bottle, they sourced top-quality ingredients from around the world for a rich flavour. Their gin features a balanced blend of botanicals. These include UK-sourced coriander, North Yorkshire wheat, and pure water.

They chose a 43% ABV for a smoother taste, using Grains of Paradise for elegance and smoothness. Their small-batch gins, made in England, include juniper, sage, coriander, angelica, and more, each adding to the unique flavour.

The couple enjoys their gin with pink grapefruit, ice, a splash of grapefruit zest, and tonic. The distillation process, refined with master distillers, infuses subtle spice and citrus notes. Their gin, recognised for its texture and balanced flavours, has even won awards.
