Belvoir Gin
This rather handsome bottle is Belvoir Gin, crafted over at Brentingby Gin for the Duchess of Rutland and CEO of Belvoir Castle, Emma Manners, hence the name. Among its eight botanicals are fig, chamomile, liquorice root and vanilla, so though it's juniper forward, it makes for a delicately floral and slightly sweet gin.
A big piney hit of juniper, with the orange peel really coming through alongside white floral notes, earthy vanilla and sweet fruit, leading into a peppery juniper finish.
