Agave Loco Liqueurs

Agave Loco is the owner of brands including the cream liqueur label Rum Chata. It’s now a part of the spirits division of California-based E&J Gallo, who also own the Wisconsin-based facility where it produces the liqueur brand. Launched in 2009, Rum Chata is made from a blend of dairy cream rum and a sweet spice mix. It was inspired by the milk drink horchata, which is popular in Mexico.
