Seignette VS Cognac was launched by Sazerac as a contemporary homage to the Seignette Cognac that dates back 200 years! A versatile expression, suitable for sipping neat, but it's almost at home used in cocktails and mixed drinks. History: it's tasty.
Candied peels and crystallised ginger, rounded by earthy vanilla and softly spicy cedar.

One of the cheapest worth it to buy cognac. Not that spicy like some of others cheap cognacs .Smooth easy to drink .
A bit of a contradiction- at first it is more fiery than is usual in a “good” cognac and makes you think of it as a typical VS, but an astonishing complexity and depth of flavour makes it more like an XO. Personally I like a bit of fieriness, so for me it’s a real bargain. In giving it 5 stars, that is not saying it’s thee best cognac money can buy, but it is the best I’ve ever had at the price.
An easy drinking cognac. Not a lot of depth but easy to mix into cocktails.
Opens with a good burst of sweet, fresh flavours. Then vanilla and oak. Hint of spice and a balanced creamy finish. Light and summery. Very acceptable neat.
