Rémy Martin's XO combines grapes from the Grande and Petite Champagne regions of Cognac, expertly selected from the house's hundreds of eaux-de-vie and meticulously blended by its cellar master. Aged in oak for at least 10 years, its character is allowed to mellow and mature, bringing sumptuous notes of vanilla, spice, and caramel to the soft fruits, citrus, and pastry notes at its core. One to sip and savour right here.
Fruity with dates and peels, honey and a little marmalade, overripe grape and warm pastries.

This is super cognac. We enjoy it as much as Martell Cordon Bleu - the slight mint character is felt in the aftertaste and noted prior to reading the tasting notes. Neat at room temperature or with one cube of ice. Splendid.
Not everyone knows but this drink can be enjoyed warm and its supposed to be room temperature. To my amusement i seen a couple had on the rocks which made me laugh a little bit. Its XO, drink it straight and don't mix it. The taste buds will tingle and you will feel young again once you had 2 or 3 glasses. Drinks up gentlemen!
