On first pour the colour is deep amber and very inviting. The nose opens with subtle spice, polished oak and hints of melted toffee, then unfolds into dried fruits. On the palate it’s rich and full-bodied — candied fruit meets caramel, and the finish is long, silky and honey-spiced. A very elegant XO.
