Hine 1er Cru XO Cognac
A collaborative effort from cellar master Eric Forget and his deputy, Paul Szersnovicz, this XO Cognac from Hine symbolises the passing down of knowledge from one cellar master to the next. Produced with grapes exclusively from the Grande Champagne region, this Cognac combines eau de vie aged for at least 10 years in moderately toasted fine-grained French oak casks for a profile that's generously layered with citrus, spice, and floral, honeyed sweetness.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Apricot, peach, and orange peels are joined by hints of cinnamon and spice, with floral honey, waves of lavender, and jasmine tea. Citrus and ginger linger for the finish.
