This single-barrel, single-estate 2008 vintage Cognac from Hermitage was crafted from Ugni Blanc and Folle Blanche grapes. Well balanced, smooth, rich and spicy stuff.
Dates, cinnamon, toffee and pistachio alongside tropical notes of rambutan, mango and passion fruit, with sweet orange citrus rounding up the finish.
