1 Jan 1988

This delightful 1988 vintage Chez Richon Cognac was created with Ugni Blanc and Folle Blanche grapes from chalky soil in the Grande Champage cru. It was distilled on a small still with a fairly heavy lees, matured in oak casks and then bottled by Hermitage at 47% ABV. It was presented with a Gold Award at the Cognac Masters in 2013.
