An incredibly impressive bottle we have here. Hermitage found this vintage Cognac in an old cellar in Salles d'Angles, on the western side of Grande Champagne. It was distilled in the year 1900, crafted from Ugni Blanc and possibly some Folle Blanche grapes before it was distilled in an old tulip-shaped Charentais still. It was then matured in 350-litre Limousin oak barrels in small cellars.
Did we mention it was distilled in the year 1900? We're still astounded.
