This Cognac needs at least 30 minutes from the initial pour until the imbibing. Rule of thumb dictates 1 minute for each year of known age!? Very good, but tastes like that there is an unreasonable amount of younger spirit in the mix. This I believe impedes the finish to be SLIGHTLY unpleasant.
