A relatively young and fruity Cognac from Fanny Fougerat, Petite Cigüe is made from grapes from vineyards in the Borderies and Fins Bois regions. This Cognac would have otherwise ended up in a blend, though thanks to Fanny Fougerat we get to enjoy it in all its glory. It is certainly tasty enough to enjoy on its own, although this would certainly do well in cocktails that call for Cognac, too.
Bold fruity and tangy notes, luscious juicy notes with a zesty citrus kick bringing some acidity.

Bright, fresh, zippy and exciting cognac. Unlike anything else I have found in this price range. On the nose you could be mistaken for thinking it was really good calvados. It has huge amounts of green grape quality balanced with orchard fruits and zesty citrus Great on it's own or with tonic and a slice of lemon or some grapes.
